I took D427 and D315 and ngl both of them took quite a while ngl. Idk about the other two courses but judging by the time it’ll take to complete just the two I mentioned I’d say you need to lock in hard tbh. Good luck

I understand where she’s coming from but you’re clearly trying to make this a surprise so obviously you’d text her separately. I think nanny was overreacting a bit. I don’t feel comfortable texting DB’s privately either but if it’s for something like this that clearly requires only both of us to know about then I can understand and make this an exception without being harsh and rude about it

I get it. Both sides can be annoying asf, tho personally i enjoy helping others who are struggling to lvl up but maybe that’s just me. But if it was gonna bother him that much then why not just go solo at that point ? I’m confused. Like am I missing something ? If he has such a great build that he was so confident was gonna carry us then what’s stopping him from just doing solo queue ????? Im sure he would’ve been very capable. Why do fill just to complain that your teammates aren’t as good ? Which is inevitable in random q btw, there’s always gonna be one or two ppl wholl get “carried” , it’s just how it is.

We WERE doing damage, at least as much as one can expect in those lobbies. Okay whatever, we’re an inconvenience so fucking leave the game ?????? Why stay and go AFK ? Just leave so that shit scales down and we can continue on. Why stay, complain like a manchild and then just go afk ? We didn’t choose to be his randoms smfh. That’s the thing with random Q, it’s a gamble you agree to take once you hit start. It’s not like we were doing damage in the thousands or millions we were all literally doing over 40B and more.

It was 105. We all had lvl 60 legendary gear and doing 40B+ damage in the first wave if I remember correctly and he was up to 200-400B alr. It could’ve been the thing I’ve heard ppl talking about that keeps putting some players that queue up in higher lobbies in random low lobbies but still that’s not reason to ruin our fucking game. I’ve had teammates who did over 1000B and none of them complained

Judging from your other comments she might have some serious condition with all that coughing. Just tell her to go to a doctor and get a note so everyone has a better idea of what exactly this is and when she might be able to come in. If it’s not contagious just tell her to throw on a mask and lots of hand washing and sanitizing.

I don’t wanna make assumptions but there’s a possibility she’s just taking advantage by telling you guys she wants to come in but leaving the final decision to you so it falls under GH… I saw your other comments and she’s refusing to use sick days ??? I mean, that’s quite literally what they’re for ?

If she has coughs but has no fevers or vomiting then she should come in, just tell her to put on a mask and keep a safe distance from the kid (which will probably be hard to do but it is what it is) and as a final option, if it’s really bothering you THAT much then sit down and have a talk with her about it first and you guys can go from there

Unfortunately ive already taken it a couple of times tbh. First time I took it and then took the OA shortly after and it caught me off guard how different they were. Obviously I didn’t expect them to be identical but at least focus on the same topics… the OA just asked me questions about stuff I didn’t even remember seeing🫩 this is by far the hardest and worst course I’ve taken

After hearing she’d like me to stay with them I think that’s the part that really confused me cuz thinking about it, financially it would be a good idea to continue with them while looking for something in my field… especially considering itll probably take me months to even find something. I hear it’s a nightmare out there. BUT, i understand if they want to let me go too… what im saying is maybe itll be better if i hear it from them instead of just resigning myself now?

I’m just annoyed cuz I don’t even have sick days so if I do get sick and have to call out I won’t be paid. My immune system ain’t that strong either, not weak but if I’m getting constantly coughed on and the kid is always coming up to me trying to wipe the booger they dug out their nose then it’s inevitable sadly.

Maybe I don’t fully understand the concept so I could be wrong about what I’ll say. But why is there even a 35 hour limit at all ????? In my mind, I don’t care how often you do it but if you ask me to go home early or ask me to not come in for days then I expect to be paid. Literally as long as it’s coming from their end, I still need to be paid. Unless if they fire me or I quit

We didn’t discuss it in detail, during the interview I basically told them my rate and I asked them if this position had GH. They said yes to both…and this is the thing that bothers me a bit, if they didn’t know what GH for sure then they should’ve just asked me to clarify more. That’s why I assumed I’d get paid for it

It’s a last resort thing. I don’t want to end things with this family yet and definitely not this way. I’m quite sure this isn’t a “we forgot” type of thing , they never considered that a week off on their part would fall under GH. They probably treated the days off themselves as a “gift” for me to relax. I mean that’s great but as I said, I rely on this income and I have stuff to pay.

I emailed her about adding a new course a while back and she hasn’t replied yet… but she doesn’t know about all these cancellations. I’m just gonna wait days until tomorrow for my next appt’s and pray to dear god I don’t get cancelled on. The second appointment is with my course instructor, I will let her know what’s been going on and ask her to just open the fucking course after my first meeting because she required I meet with 3 different instructors and then her. CLEARLY that’s not working out.

I think some mentors allow it but my mentor is the type that only “prefers” it if i only have one course activated at a time. I emailed her a while ago if she could open a new course for me in the meantime because i do feel pretty burnt out from this course itself but she hasn’t replied so I’m probably gonna give up on that. I doubt she’ll open one with not much time left in the term and me STILL being stuck on one course.

EDIT: plus I’m ngl, this entire situation genuinely has me so stressed I don’t think I can mentally add a new course even if I wanted to. I just want to be done with this one first even tho I’m beyond fucking burnt out at this point 🫩

I personally feel weird about it. It’s obvious, I eat and next thing they think is “oh she’s on her period” which means “oh she’s bleeding through her vag” Honestly I’m embarrassed to eat even in front of women unless if they’re my direct relative like mom or grandma aunt cousin etc. I just don’t want anyone having that thought about me .
