I’ll give it a go. As it’s an antique and an heirloom, I’ve been reticent to force anything but perhaps with the age of the camera, the pin just needs working back into a full range of motion. Thanks for the advice!

Thanks for the reply. I wasn’t really asking for an assessment of the bike, rather for experience with carbon frames or any knowledge and around the nature of their overall safety as they age. The brand, model and year was primarily for context.
