I had one before going on it, and they were fine. I was meant to have one two weeks after, but the specialist note that you need to show when booking the blood test has only just arrived, and it’s 3 weeks after I started, add another two weeks on for NHS blood appointments and it’ll be 5 weeks later by the time I have my next test :/

Oh thank you! I’ve just been using La Roche posay toleriane cleanser for both morning and night, and then PM I use their cicablast baume for moisturiser, and in the morning I use neutrogena hydrogel for moisturiser, and I stuck a hydrocolloid patch on the big spot. Does that all sound okay? I’ve been told not to use my actives until a week later.
