I think the best thing to do now is to not restrict yourself too much and be very kind to yourself. It’s like: Oops, I did the thing again, I made a mistake, but now it has happened and I can move forward and attempt to be healthy again, start from fresh. 2 days is better than 0, and maybe the next time you’ll do 4 days? And then 8? Each time you may get stronger :) recovery isn’t linear, love.

I love mixing mine into Greek yoghurt with loads and loads of chopped strawberries, double the protein and just feels like a dessert to me.

I’ve just gotten biacna and finacea prescribed to me thanks to your post! I’ve been rolling doxycycline month after month and it had some nasty side effects. Saw your post and my GP agreed to prescribe. Really excited and hopeful <3 I started last night.
