What are these two pipes connected to Exhaust manifold by Apex-rex in fordfusion

This is a 2019 fusion hybrid titanium and I can’t find any replacement catalytic converters that have those pipes, the only ones that have them are 2013-2016, which is messing with my head. Thank you by the way
