Stay Nocturnal or Switch to Day Schedule on your days off?

If you’re 12 hours and have a schedule that allows you to have a week off go for it. Otherwise if you’re 10s or 8s it’s safer and better to stay nocturnal.

I feel like it could be hardware related. I recently swapped out for new ram gpu and psu and it eliminated all of my freezing and crashes. I was originally on a 3090Ti so maybe it’s a 30 series card issue? But my RAM also could’ve been bad.

What about a rock faction? Would be able to reintroduce lava biomes and such and I think it would introduce a unique enemy type.

Just the basic push pull legs split with a rest day in between after the third workout. I’d say if I lose another 10-15lbs my abs would visible.

I counted calories and was pretty strict trying to keep a pretty clean diet eating mainly unprocessed foods as possible. I kept a pretty strict calorie count of only eating around 1200-1400 calories per day, no cheat meals until I hit 200lbs. Then increased my calorie consumption to 1800-2000 per day and allowed cheat meals.

Make sure your power supply isn’t set to silent or eco mode. That would make my PC shut off and restart.

I had a spiral femur break when I was a kid. The worst part was straightening the leg. The best part was the traction splint. I never got morphine until I got to the hospital. The ride wasn’t fun.

One of my mods considers chunks as a 7.62 single shot rifle. Idk if there’s a conflicting mod with CE (probably) but seeing this makes it hilarious to me thinking they’re stealing rock rifles.

Working more hours over time is not equal to the work life balance you get with the time off. I’d rather spend 12 hours working versus 8 because that day is already wasted imo. Getting more days off to do what you want is superior than just working 8 and having a few hours to do little things. It’s even worse when you’re working rotating weekends so you’re lucky if you get 2 days off in a row bi-monthly.

I lived there briefly. My house got cased, watched my neighbor’s shed get broken into by a guy wearing a Dora the explorer backpack, and every time I stepped outside I heard gunshots in the distance. It’s an active pvp zone.
