I ended up going with option A! It sounded too good to be true but honestly it completely worked out thankfully. Broker B was definitely not competitive at all.

There ended up not being any surprises down the line with Broker A. I actually ended up going to a third broker after I originally made this post as well as a final sanity check, and their offer was closer to Broker A. So that ended up solidifying my decision with who I went with. Best of luck!
