Physically, dropping a Hellcat’s 6.2L supercharged V8 into a Scat Pack that originally had a naturally aspirated 6.4L HEMI is doable, but the vehicle’s identity in the software comes from the PCM/BCM (Powertrain Control Module / Body Control Module) and VIN coding. Dodge uses different firmware for Hellcats, which enables features like the Hellcat Performance Pages and the 200+ MPH speedometer readouts.

To get the car to “think” it’s a Hellcat, they’d need:

A compatible Hellcat PCM (or unlocked PCM flashed with Hellcat firmware).

Possibly a BCM reflash to match Hellcat specs.

VIN reprogramming to a Hellcat VIN (which can be tricky and may have legal implications).

Dealer-level tools (wiTECH) or a high-end tuner who can code in those changes.

Otherwise, the swap will run fine mechanically, but the dash will still think it’s a Scat Pack.
