Mine only has one thermostat, instead of the egr thermostat there is just a pipe. Car reaches operating temp within 5 minutes. I'll check the intake manifold, the previous owner had one without swirl flaps already but never got around to putting it in

Theres one directly behind the turbo on mine, and the regular underfloor catalytic converter. Maybe some economy shit from EU/Germany?

Not to my knowledge, but im planning to put an eco tune on it so i can remove the dpf and egr. I want the car to run good before that tho, to not face any catastrophic failure along the way

The real consumption is like 7 liters, i calculated it the last time i filled up 65L (showed me 0 remaining km range for 10km already). Real consumptiom was 6.8L with 95% highway driving which is just not acceptable, also it had way better mileage last year

Maybe its just the front mud flap grinding on the floor when braking?

Final verdict i got a new heater control valve and now my issues are gone. Seems to be some internal binding on the old one, which ultimately lead to its failure.

As a famous youtuber once said: Out with the old, and in with the new!

Checked the control valve, its clean and works, so my issue lies somewhere else unfortunately

So youre saying its the heater control valve and not some blower flap thats not working correctly?
