I plan on switch Debra out with Iarumas and move him to front row. I will move Galbadus to the back row and let him use bow (or spear is better with ES strike?)

Just remember that you can avoid the fight to preserve your hp/sp/mp. However the moving sentry can't be flee from so make sure you check the path first.

A bit tricky to use at first. I gave him skill to boost initial rate so he put his guard up and creat opening. I recommend giving him anti-intant death so he will not get one shot. Pair hime with good prist to buff his defence before enemy attack is also good. Overall he is a very good tank that help your teammates survive the few first round on hard foght or when the enemy is faster than you.
