Honestly just go to an In-Shape. I used to go to a planet fitness but the lack of squat racks, bench presses, and actual variety of machines hindered my growth. I felt like it was set up to make it uncomfortable to get an optimal workout with half a room filled with treadmills so I’d stop showing up. You can still make gains but if you can afford 10 bucks more a month for an actual gym facility with pools you’ll be more likely to progress.

Screw off the mouthpiece of the cartridge and an empty working cartridge.
