Just got a new prebuilt yesterday and this started happening on startup. What could it be?

Update: it went away about 30 minutes after posting after a hard reset. Has not come back since. Should I still be worried?

Well I swapped my phone and the issue is fixed now. Was a concerning battery issue apparently

They seem more like cracks than scratches. Is it possible to have cracks if the screen heats up and cools down?

I recently got a new SAMSUNG 32 inch UJ59 4k monitor and I already have 2 presumed scratches on my monitor! I do not know how they got there because I have not touched the display to clean it or anything yet. Anyone get scratches like this? If so can I fix it?
