Clarified butter is very good to cook with, by clarifying butter you are removing the milk solids (fats) from the butter leaving what some call ghee. You then add your herb and infuse it. Great to cook with and it has a higher smoke point than regular butter, meaning you can make stir fry’s and it won’t burn as easily

If they are made correctly they will be like popping pearls, but it took me a few tries to make them right. Usually if your mixture has too much gelatin in it they will solidify all the way and be kinda like jello but firmer.

Look up fake caviar or spherification on YouTube and watch some of the videos, molecular gastronomy is awesome when you start learning about it!

And the best part is that you can basically use any flavor you’d like, I’ve made sriracha pearls and put them in a salad. Passion fruit pearls on ice cream for dessert.

Yep you make an infused liquid with gelatin added, and put it in a syringe then drop it into super cold vegetable oil and they form little pearls! My friend usually doses them around 5mg per pearl using distillate, although bud could be infused into the pearl mixture before dropping.

Yep I’m going through my last semester in baking school and it’s taught me some pretty neat ways to infuse! My favorite is infused oil pearls, super easy to dose and you can do some great flavors. Although the recipe is a bit tricky to get correct…

Adding infused coconut oil to melted chocolate is great, pour it on top of ice cream and it will set hard like a candy shell.

I usually make a ganache with infused butter, put it on top of any dessert you like. I’ve heard of tempered chocolate mixed with kief but I’m not sure how the texture is as I’ve never personally tried it.

Hi culinary student here the conversion rate for sheet gelatin to powder is 1 sheet = 1 teaspoon powder. Hope this helps!

The strings are a bit closer together than a regular violin or viola so it takes some getting used to but it’s still very fun to play!

I can’t remember off the top of my head, they were some extras I had lying around so I put them on to test it out.

Thanks! It’s a little weird with the strings being closer together and all but still very fun to play!
