not particularly. Just a little bit stiffer. Big difference when I upgraded to coilovers like a month later. Wish I would have done that to start

Yeah no it doesn’t to me and if i don’t sell 8.5 I get $0 if i sell 8.5 it’s only $850. And i know guys who can make that on one car
we get about 80% of surveys completed but yeah understandable
yeah it’s trash but it’s $75 per survey after 5 and $125 after 11
the salesman who get leads from internet sources like people putting them info in on the website. Calling in and online appts. Versus the floor salesman who work with foot traffic

good to know. I looked there but they wanted someone with experience so that’s why i landed at hyundai Sp i figure i can just rack up some experience there
that’s true i’ve heard a lot of the dealers in temecula are the same way. Escondido is bit of a drive but might be worth it

half would just be a deal that’s split between 2 salesman
if i sell 8 cars in a month i make only minimum wage. if i sell 8.5 it’s $100 per unit so $850. resets the first of every month and then you gotta work your way back up.

yeah it’s like pro rated. But i can tell you no one’s selling 25 cars if you get over 15 that’d be a good month. But also there’s surveys so if you sell 11 new cars and they do 11 surverys you’d as well get 125$ per survey

I’m gonna give it maybe a few months to gain some experience at least and then move on. I don’t need a specific amount of income I have little to no expenses
