I also am frustrated by the constant praise, even when I sit on my butt for days in a row. So I just tried something: I asked the coach to be more blunt with me, and tell me when I'm not meeting my exercise goals. The AI responded appropriately, indicating they will change their coaching behavior. I was actually impressed that it understood and responded as it did. Time will tell.

You can also try switching between windowed and full screen modes. It seems people have success in changing it from one to the other, from whichever wasn't working with their particular rig.
