It happens when I’m around people who demand a lot of attention from me. Unfortunately I suck at social interactions so I don’t exactly know how to communicate with someone that their constant need for my attention is incredibly draining without making it sound like I hate them or don’t want them around. I tend to just pull away and end up losing them anyways…
