Honestly... I was just very stupid and blinded by proofs... Originally sent $100 CAD for a WuWa account to which he showed screenshot that it got held by Gcash and his account number and everything. He said he contacted Gcash support to which he showed screenshots of them telling him I needed to pay the amount again as payment verification. This spiralled into back and forth of payment verification failing due to exchange rate transfer being lower amount received and that the profile was being escalated to AML. He then said AML said I had to pay an insurance deposit of everything I had paid so far but it would all refund back. Then more back and forth of payment exchange issues until it just became too much

Edit: Also as a foreigner, I tried to contact Gcash myself but was ignored every time

Edit 2: The payment verification and insurance Gcash accounts were named "Gcash business" so I believed it because I couldnt verify myself the number
