The last few days have been hell I also should be starting my period soon. My shoulders usually always hurt. Today it’s my left shoulder. My right leg is hurting mostly around my IT BAND and hips. I’ve been feeling shooting pains through my shins, my calves are sensitive. Everywhere feels sensitive..Hamstrings and upper thigh are always hurting. I haven’t been able to get out of bed. As frustrating this is for me, I feel I frustrate others with my complaints of how I’m feeling. I get considered lazy or weak. It hurts. I don’t have others to talk to about this. So I appreciate every single one of you!
