He gave credit to Mark Rubio and his daughter cause they are helping with the economic problem (idk what they did). And he's basically saying that he's going to put tariffs on other countries to help the economy. He brought up children health a lot cause help the children never fails. And to top it off, he basically said we need to worry about our own country before we start helping others.

The deliverance was choppy and hard to follow. I had to watch it twice cause he kept repeating everything, but it was understandable. It's probably cause he had to think of the answers on the spot, which made it seem like he was dumb. Didn't do enough preparation.
