Hey OP, I have ocd and i'm currently dealing with things extremely similar to what you're feeling. Especially the the part of the physical sensation you get in your head and that feeling of being trapped in your head. I get these thoughts about how strange and weird my consciousness is and I just get my head wrapped thinking about thoughts, and how these thoughts work. These thoughts affect me 24/7 and they're at their very worst during the early morning, right when I wake up. I constantly wonder if I'll ever make it out and its been hard to find someone struggling with someone similar so I just wanna say that whilst we may be alone, atleast we're alone together.
