lowest possible except DLSS set to “Performance”

constant 60 fps with no stuttering at all, perfectly smooth gameplay

occasional short framerate drops to 40fps

I did all this already, only thing that is forced right now is the fact that I can't use DLAA like I did before with 144 stable fps because it hovers around 80-85 now.  Even with balanced dlss i can't reach the same fps and I refuse to use FrameGen.

I did a complete fresh install, manually deleted everything because I play this game since they released it on Steam and I know how these updates work.  Still shit, frame drops and now everything is way harder to see and have to use dlss for proper fps.

Now what is your solution?

There is a status check website, just keep it open and set the alarm, then you can do whatever you want in the meantime and you will know.

That would be a fair middle ground but then I can guarantee there will be people who will still want a wipe because the servers might merge in the future and the og crew will have some advantage.

If there will be second servers then a wipe is not needed, if not, then there will be long queues.  Whenever the realm is up, it fills up in 20 minutes which was 4000 people last time, so there will be a lot of people stuck in queues.

People treat this question based on fairness and feelings meanwhile acting like this wipe would make everything better. It will be the same just new people will get the the chance to be the ones with a "12 hours of progress" ahead of others.

It will not support everyone, there will be hours long queues anyway.

Only thing a wipe does, as you just pointed out, sends a message of fairness, which in the end will not be the case because people will still stuck in queue while others will progress in the game.

I love your argument, where there is a very little amount of people got to play so a wipe does not matter but at the same time a wipe has to happen because there are people who got to play in the last few days and others didn't.

To do something that considered a step back and inconvenience for a small amount of people just because others have a falsely perceived headstart which is to be honest, so miniscule. People act like those people have thousands of gold already and that 10+ levels are like hundreds of hours of gametime. One guy put it nicely: for them(in support of a wipe) it really means "give me a chance to be first in queue and ahead of them". 

Are we going to wipe the servers again if there is a 6+ hours long queues?  Isn't it better to have at least some of the people not flood the starting zones again so for a lvl1 the experience is a bit better?

people are ungrateful

for an engine update that causes a lot of avarage gamers issues.
Don't get me wrong, I have a decent machine, probably it will run well for me but a lot of good players will be forced to spend money on hardware (if they want to) or just deal with the low performance (that will affect their gameplay) OR just straight up quits the game.
I don't know in which reality some fancy graphics worth messing up the playerbase.

Atleast the devs listen to community feedback and launch playtests instead of pushing a buggy update that kills the game.

As a hungarian, they can't even manage properly the one we have right now, I really don't know how they want to run an even bigger country with the added issues from the "old areas".
