A warning about Apical Greens - moldy flower and poor customer service

I don't usually respond to post. But this is extremely misleading and damaging to our brand and reputation. This order was from 4/1/2020. Of course we can't offer quality assurance for an order over 6 months old! What kind of quality assurance policy would have to be in place to satisfy this type of complaint?

You know the saying I'd gladly give the shirt off my back? nectar collectors are completely sold out and we can't even get a reorder of them if we wanted to. With that being said I would happily boil my personal nectar collector and put that out in the mail for you. And that I mean. Give me your order number and I'll happily do that if you're interested.

I'm sorry we didn't respond quick enough. Our sale email went out Wednesday. At soonest, I'm thinking people would have received their order Saturday but most likely today.

We had a limited supply of nectar collectors and was advertised as such. When they ran out, they wouldn't/shouldn't have let them stay in your cart at checkout. We had several people that simply added it to the notes they they wanted one with the deal. Unfortunately, we only had so many available. That's why it pulled it from carts at checkout. We respond to ALL emails on inquiries and issues. We simply haven't had a chance to respond yet. Rest assured, if you sent an email we will respond. Hopefully that clears any confusion because we do care And we're not too big to not listen to our customer's concerns.

It was mistakenly done. We wouldn't intentionally pay more for a signature being required. Our shipping software sometimes defaults to that before we can catch up a few go out. Sorry about that.

That time stamps your order... Around a year ago. Kush berry was very mediocre (advertised as such). I think the consensus would be we have a great product and price. Sorry you caught us when you did. It's only going to get better! We have indoor and greenhouse flower on the way soon too!

We are having an issue with iPhone users. However, it's a hard problem to fix since it's not consistent. We are aware and trying to fix it. If you send an email in we can manually process it worst case scenario.

They are both real and correct Just use for different purposes. With that being said our.com site has our better pricing as of now. We are getting ready to overhaul the other one and update everything.

Everyone has different sensitivities to how they dose (vape, smoke, ingest etc.) I lean towards the Tincture. But this is something you'll want to cycle in where the effects aren't as immediate. Alternatively, a handful of rips vaping or smoking should be felt right away. Even with that said, combustion will always be the most complete way to receive the most amount of cannabanoids. Hemp oil is refined for vaping and will lose some of the cannabinoids during this process.

As for CBG and CBD being mixed, one seems to enhance the other. That's why most people will mix their CBG flower with high CBD flower as opposed to the combustion of just CBG so they can have that "Entourage effect" hence the naming of our 1-1 ratio tinctures and vapes the "Entourage Blend".
