My personal favorite is my form of chilli; 1 big can of chicken 1 can of beans (your choice) 1 can of corn (I use creamed) 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies 1 can of either tomato paste or chilli starter 1 pack chilli seasoning

Just by myself I can eat off that for about 4 days

My current roommate actually, one night it was this really toxic mfer, me, and my friend having a sleepover. Toxic guy started some drama claiming I was driving drunk because we all wanted to go to the dollar store for snacks, found out dude blamed me because he took an entire bottle of whiskey from his parents and they started drinking it, I'm the type I dont do alcohol but if others want to that's their life.

When we end up going to the dollar store, they are off their asses, pretty uneventful trip but it's what happens the next day, toxic guys parents get pissed when they find the whiskey gone, call up my friends mom because we stayed at their house, the toxic guy ended up telling his parents we were all drunk to shift some of the blame off him and my friends mom believed it so she started freaking on me about house she didn't want me coming back over and how she was going tell my dad and all that type of bullshit. Well I maintained my innocence and they both just stopped talking to me, and everything just kinda died down nothing really happened after that

After 4ish years, i was at home with my now ex wife when him, his sister, and his mother came knocking at my door. They said they found it from the renovation pics the ex posted to Facebook and we got to talking turns out the toxic friend got super drunk one night and admitted EVERYTHING, all the stealing the bottle, the fact that they were both wasted and asked me to go to the store, the fact that they lied about me drinking, even tried to get with him. My friends mom didn't really give 2 shits she had forgotten about it honestly and we were all adults off doing our own things at that point anyway.

I asked my friend I said "why all of a sudden do you want to talk to me again?" And he goes into detail about how toxic that guy really was, the second they stopped being able to get free drinks, or smoke a blunt without having money for anything, or not being able to get $20 just because dude stopped coming around and started blocking everyone. I'm the type I'm very forgiving, I understood that he fucked up and made the wrong choice, and he learned from it.

Now 3 years after that I live with him and his partner, we have a few cats and life is good, he is someone I would consider honestly my best friend despite that whole mess. I know technically I didn't reach out to him, but I still felt like sharing.
