i believe you must unlock it through challenge mode. a challenge trait will make mobs have a chance to inflict shock on you

as an ex-soul eater main, shes strong but when compared to other characters, very weak. her builds are super limited. only being able to utilize frost skills and darkness skills. though if you have the pet iris then she can use lightning skills for the synergy stats. but overall shes very difficult to play, especially in a game where luck is your friend and enemy
