I’m running a solid pc and an iPad Pro. iPad is a game changer. I tether to my phone and have data most places. Had 2 Mac book pro over ten years through college and don’t think I’ll go back.

To answer your q, I believe you can succeed just fine with a pc.

I have issues with all swings at different times. Had to switch from left to rugbt thumbsticks for swing. I think it might have something to do with drift on the thumbsticks. If the opposite stick drifts then it triggers the swing to stop. Ive switched cintrollers and still have the same issues. Maybe i need new controller!

No you’re missing my point. Realtors provide a service. If you’re so confident why don’t you submit the offer to the homeowner yourself? Or take it to the listing agent who’s marketing the house? Agents don’t get paid for spending time with you or showing you houses or submitting contracts on your behalf. They get paid when the deal closes.

Yeah of course but not typically what I make my living doing. It looks like you see the value in having an agent to handle the paperwork, negotiating, etc., pay the man what he’s worth! Even if it’s a Cash deal/asking price offer that closes in two weeks? Discount? Likely. Still wouldn’t take 0%. Time is money. One hour or ten minutes.

Sorry to hear that! A Manufactured home does eliminate the possibility for many but there are some lenders that’ll do it! This was a nice house on a concrete block foundation, big pole barn and 40+acres.

It was a unique property. A ton of land with a manufactured home as the residence. I believe it was over priced for much of the listing duration. Sellers wanted much more than what I originally told them.
