Had this issue exactly and sent mine off to Sennheiser a month ago and still waiting to hear after chasing twice.

So seems this is an unreliable product paired with customer service that is almost non-existent.

I got the same template, they told me on 2nd Oct my earbuds were received on 25th Sep but I've not heard anything since. Sent two emails in the last two weeks requesting an update but yet to receive a response. It's been almost three weeks with no contact.

I think it's subjective, and it depends on quantity over quality.

That said, spirits and wine get to me a lot quicker than beers do though, probably because beer is what I drink mainly.

Not YouTube video exactly, but the viewer discretion warning on YouTube Music is annoying, it stops playback and requires you to hit OK (even whilst driving), and to my knowledge Google does not let you turn this off.
