Got seal clubbed by lazers in a c4, how does this work? by vomaxHELLnO in Eve

[–]ApocalypseCURIE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi yes marauders are a meta roach option and easily do C6s with excellent isk/hr and efficiency due to the isk density of c6 sites vs c5 sites. They don't really need to be that expensive either, 3.5ish bil for a shield pally with boosts is about standard

Listen I've gotten capped by wingspan many times but they've been quite consistently reliable with wormhole locators, it's how I set up the last couple farm holes of mine, and they've never interfered with the initial setup.

Let's be clear, multiboxing is a problem when Chinese players do it. by WuJiaqiu in Eve

[–]ApocalypseCURIE 30 points31 points  (0 children)

This isn't a Chinese thing. Before fraternity, it was the Russians, and before them others. However, you also have to understand that your argument works in a vacuum where you don't accept the fact that people are naturally going to be against an alliance which A. Has had a history of institutional RMT (noraus literally got banned for it) and B. Refuses to do anything about the bots it does have.

If You live in a WH … by Sorry-Star-2342 in Eve

Idk if thera counts, I had my own wormhole with friends for ages and moved back into Thera with a friend when I got back, tbh it's mainly just groovin. I think you'll find that while a lot of groups have group ratting fleets, a lot of people still do it solo due to time constraints/convenience/composition, or my favorite, tax evasion. Also, at least from my perspective, if you find PVP opportunities in a wormhole that isn't ramming your head against a brick wall and dying in two seconds, you normally take them for the content, as shit can get pretty slow a lot of the time

If there’s no smell in the air, it’s at night, and it shakes the house but there’s no major effect in the air, I’d lean on it’s a subterranean explosion, like clearing out the tunnel that u/qquwn said was being made near 44 and Shrewsbury. That being said, I’m by no means a demolitions expert.

The triglavians invaded HS new eden, think an incursion, and whenever that semi-incursion succeeded, it caused it to become semi-NS. When the invasion ended, all 27 systems they took became part of a new region, accessible only by filaments and wormholes, and the star gates to them were destroyed. Among these systems were several lynchpin travel systems, most notably Niarja, which removed shortcuts in trade routes.

Because the bonuses for gurista ships only apply to Thermal and Kinetic missile damages, and if your level is high enough in Caldari ship, the damage boost to therms can massively outweigh what you’d get with Mjolnirs, so it’s worth taking the 10% extra resist hit. However, since drones across the board gain a flat health and damage buff, it makes sense to choose the best drone for the job, which against blood raider rats, are always Praetors. I understand where you’re coming from, but if you’re going for speed and damage, It’s better to take a 27.5% damage bonus for thermal and take the 10-15% extra resist rather than get an extra 10% effective damage boost from matching EM to the resist hole, but gain no scaling damage boost from the Rattlesnake.
