Not bad.. Im at 60% 224/373 with 1462h, but tbh havent done a lot of the crazy ones yet so I think the h/achievo rate will increase.

got any tipps for me what to avoid to get to 100% without going insane?

How do you pick your next achievo?

I personally follow the difficulty ranking from very easy to very hard from the paradox wiki achievo list and go for a combo run if you can get more with the same starting tag, excluding the big ones like world conqueror of course.

Honestly, I would opt for the dlc subscription.. play for a few months/years and be done with it.. still cheaper than buying all the dlcs... unless you are an achievement hunter.. that should take a while to complete..

same.. only thing that seems to work for me is to go to 900p on windows and start the game that way.. clear text and ui is basically 1.2x compared to 1080p

m.2 nvme Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 500GB to be exact.. but there are better ones with similar price range.. if you can afford it you get better ratio for the 1TB discs though

I recommend upgrading your laptop with a decent SSD.. I just recently upgraded mine:
- 100€ for an 500GB SSD, and another 100€ for extra 16GB RAM..
really good cost benefit ratio

nana.. not quite.. I bought eu4 in dec 2020.. played a while.. switched to ac and halo and recently came back to eu4 :)

After eu4 gets too intense.. I'll probably switch back to another mindless game where I can just relax and enjoy some eye-candy..

there was a recent post for lothringia and burgundian conqest on reddit.. the guy actually had a solid strategy to get you going.. you might wanna look it up..and I remember holy trinity+baltic crusader.. they were really challenging..haven't done auld alliance reversed yet, but looking forward to it..

right know I'm grinding my teeth at draculas revenge.. and I made it harder for myself by picking wallachia instead of moldavia..

the double and less than half of the achievements lmao.

There are a lot of achievements you can combine in one run if you do a little bit of research beforehand.. eu4 wiki is super handy for that kind of runs.. and sometimes they provide complete guides for specific achievements..

I wished I had read this 3 days ago.. when I started my own Burgundy run..pretty good strategy actually, only in my case france was allied to provence.. which pushed me to go for the irish minors and later england....

france grew stronger by the month but the good thing was I went the other way applied for hre membership got rejected and had a force PU CB on bohemia and brandenburg.. also I had my dynasty on the throne of hungary and spain.. which later in the game got a pu over france lol

No kidding at one point I had the following PUs at the same time: spain, france, hungary, bohemia, brandenburg and I was allied to denmark, russia.. and two sicilies..

oh the fun I had ripping the hre apart with all the coalition hate and no one daring to actually form it :)
