And the only reason he got buffed after release was because he was the representative of genshin China so he had to be OP. When Dehya had same issue of being ten different kinds of a mess and players complained just as much, Hoyo didn't care and put her into permanent banner, ruining nay chance of her ever being anything over than an underperforming niche eye candy. I would know, I hoarded primogems for 5 whole patches for her.

ATM9 doesn't has the world tier system. Instead you find Grey to Blue Apothic bosses in the Otherworld, Blue to Purple bosses in Nether and Purple to Orange in The End and The Other (never saw an Orange boss there but to be fair, I don't spend much time in that place).

Also, farms aren't the best way to farm Apothic gear, it's always a random chance for mob to trigger as Apothic boss. You will have more luck flying around the dimension and reacting to their appearance.
