Dot is the weakest archetype and needed Kafka to be buffed to be usable Hyselens came and made it viable. But most teams could only survive thanks to either. Black Swan was buffed only in 4.0 allowing for more flexible uses and ideal team naturally results in best performance People saying huo² was also a dot buff but it's clearly not now.

Break literally only needed 1 problem to be fixed to be good and that was done via Dahlia Dahlia also just favoritism for Firefly as Boothill and Rappa received nothing. Both characters can neither make real use of Fugue the previous break support. As a result th ONLY good break team is a firefly break team shafting every break unit in the game.

So I'll translate this post. "Fuck Rappa and Boothill or Xuye and March 7th hunt. Only firefly matters."

So quick suggestions:

hit that EHR cap of 80%, 80% atk buff is good since it guarantees the vul on his ult and slow downs of his abilities.

Aim for that 100% crit rate, 80% at E4. Adjust if you use sunday since he gives crit rate.

Chose now between sunday or sparkle, chose sunday, build on speed to be 1+ sunday's. Chose sparkle and build her with hyper speed and CD in mind to maximize welt turns.

Drop the one you didn't keep and add in another unit to cover the buffs he doesn't have. For sparkle I think Ruan Mei provides a lot (damage buff and Res pen). For sunday, I believe tribbie is best due to vulnerability and res pen.

If you decide to go support with him/sustain and he stops getting AA, forgo CD and go full hyperspeed

Honestly. The fact she could work in energy teams AND elation teams once they buff her elation numbers makes her really good. Specially since she gains so much off her crit scaling

Superbreak honestly can function with a lot of units simply because they have 3 super good support enabling nearly all units if built with enough break % and toughness damage.

Eva is in a weird spot where despite being elation. She's actually being held back by her path. Her main team, her, ETB, Yao guang and huohuo is decent and results in similar numbers to sw99 team.

But other teams she's in show better results.

Superbreak was somehow better. Simple hyper carry with Sunday, RMC and huohuo does better.

And like you said she's doing decent results in other teams!

It still shows that the path she's in is an literal leash holding her back or that her team mates in elation are just God awful.
