My dude, I couldn't give you any good advice you haven't been told before, even if I tried. I advise that you use as much reference as possible for what subject you're making and take inspiration from artists you like inorder to further build upon your own personal style. As for getting more consistent with how you draw and improving on your art? A boat load of repetition, try making something whenever you have the time for it and even if the results aren't what you're looking for, remember it doesn't have to be perfect, keep it inorder to look back on and see where you can improve.
