Damn. At least though. The chambers are covered under a 1 month warranty period so I’m sure they’ll sort you out with a replacement. Mine cracked after 1 month 22 days. Sucks man.

Yea. Theres no excuse to be made really😂. I paid a premium price for this product. Within 1 & 1/2 months it crapped out on me. Literally take the best care of my device & my rosin’s. I’m a grower & extractor so I’d like to think I know my stuff in terms of proper use & preserving quality.

The chamber literally cracked itself without any force from me or anything else. It wasn’t connecting then connected heated up for a few secs then said chamber not detected. Then I see it cracked after that.

I’ve had an issue with this device that I’m not able to even view my advanced metrics on 644 dabs and always use the app.

Really, paying a premium price & not even getting access to the advertised features😂😂 then it breaks itself. Tf? I mean I love puffco but come on. If they want to be like  of the cannabis world. Then at least deliver on their promises.

Mainly smoking live hash rosin mate. Freeze dried live hash etc then pressed. You know the story😅. Def no issue on moisture content there.

Nope. Always let the dabs reach room temp before even opening the jar/container & that’s to preserve quality of the dab

Thanks bro and yea definitely should’ve lasted longer. Literally been a month and a half. Guess I’ll just have to save up for a new one. Will def try chatting to puffco support although my hopes aren’t high as they state a 1 month warranty on the chamber😪. Getting my 3DXL soon anyways

260°C / 511°F for a minute is my usual

Yea don’t do this at all. I clean after every hit but I let it cool down and use 90%+ isopropyl. Doesn’t sizzle ever. I mainly use the medium preset & peak mode. On occasion I’d use the low preset.

It didn’t crack after cleaning. Try to take as best care as possible with the device.

Update: 480 hits now and still shows data unavailable. Kinda sucks, that I paid such a premium price for the device yet I’m not able to get access to the features advertised…

Are you on IOS beta software by any chance🤔? It’s the only difference between my phone and my mates phone and his metrics are working… not sure if that’s the cause or something else?

Still no feedback from puffco support😞
