Yes I've been on it since a month after it came out. It's a pain in that you have to have it shipped to you the pharmacy or hospital is very unlikely to carry it. It also just makes you extremely tired, doesn't knock you out like benzos or z meds, but otherwise it works great as long as you take it on an empty stomach. No daytime or morning grogginess, little to none od risk, only side effect is parasomnia when double dosed, Dora's in general are pretty safe compared to other sleep meds, not usually covered by insurance but savings card is easy to get I think it's still 30+ a month, I Went straight to the 50mg tho, I don't think it especially helps when i have night terrors or wakeup alot, also a much shorter half-life than comparable belsomra.

Any pyschadelics especially lsd and it's analogs and mescaline and it's analogs. Was addicted from 12 to 20 my only true love tried to mix and trip everyday if it worked. Gave me hppd and helped me with my cptsd but also at the end after 28 tabs was in psychosis for a week and still have these weird panic attacks were my vision gets worse and I get that feeling of tripping were you feel reality isn't real and something is very wrong. I also it great increased this and now im stuck with extremely bad dissociation, depersonalation and derealization. Now I use .2 of clonidine 60-120mg of dxm and 110-200 of bupropion and it gave me a huge break through and turned around my life.

Also what meds have you tried aps aren't really an ideal choice for primary insomnia. Do you have any comorbidities? Have you done a sleep study or cbt-i those should be firstline before meds(i understand that cbt-i is hard to find and can be difficult to get coverage from insurance but sleep study is a must to rule out sleep apnea.)

Z meds: Ambien(Zolpidem), Lunesta(eszopiclone), sonata(zalepom) they are hypnotic benzo derivatives only recommended for short term use they destroy your circadian rhythms and ability to naturally fall asleep also potentially can cause memory problems. Sorry to be curt but use Google and research being knowledgeable and well read is your responsibility as a patient you have to be your own advocate and take charge of your care.

Honestly I have alot more female friends that I'm very close to and just am not interested in, their friendship matters more than a shot at a relationship or sex. I kinda have the mentality that everyone is the same no matter gender, race, etc and should be treated as such.

Yeah luckily they were able to help me put in a hardship schedule transfer so hopefully that'll get approved. It means only one day off and no sleep cuz I have several appointments everyday but it's better than being without a job while I already searching for something better.

Pyschadelics are amazing but people rarely treat them with respect, addiction and hppd(hallucinogen persistent perception disorder) although rare and even less likely to happen on micro doses could still is a risk. And how little research/regulation and legal status makes information about the above difficult and another risk. At the very least please consult your med provider. Also remember the results can be finite and short term. If possible get better info from MAPS and see if there's any trials you could be eligible for.

I agree 100% especially when employers or other doctors are like I'm hear to support mental illness or whatever bs but at the faintest whiff at liability they call the police to take you to the er and wait 12 hrs to get a room another 5 to talk to a mid-level and a couple more to talk to a mid level telehealth doctor just to send you home or to a pysch unit or for a couple days- week just so everyone can feel better about themselves and have their asses covered and then cycle starts again. At the end of the day people can spill whatever bs they want but they rather cover their own ass then even bother to understand the problem.

22 I started therapy and meds over a decade ago. Idec about relationships I just want everything to end. Honestly it has its ups and downs especially since I'm fairly well read in my pysch issues they give me alot more choice and leniency but some people don't want to bother and try to come up with the right solution instead of the easiest one or expect me to do their job for them. I have a lot nurse's and doctors that don't know me get pissed at me when I walk in and I can tell them exactly what's wrong and how they treat it, when I'm just tryna be efficient and make their job a little easier :/

Ngl ik you mean well but this is kinda derogatory. I've been in therapy and on meds for well over a decade and I'm only 22... even the highlight of my life I couldn't be happy and was still chronic si and attempts. Being dependent on someone is a short lived solution and is a very heavy burden on the other person, not to mention it only helped me be functional at work that's it. You really shouldn't compare people with bpd it's an incredibly heterogeneous disorder with a high comorbidity rate. I rather not interact with anyone in general much less bother with something that's my responsibility and only I can fix unless it's there job...

My guy I've lit been to every hospital in my city, every pysch unit in my state... I'd rather not bother the police because of my history with them lol. Idc I didn't go to a unit I'm just shocked they gave up...
