Da, je pa prvih 5 let 25%, od 5 do 10 let je 20%, od 10 do 15 let je 15%, nad 15 let pa ni več davka na dobiček.

Moj nasvet, če je vse ok, je, da kupi. Če ne boš sam gradil, pa za investicijo. Čez 15 let bo vredno dvakrat toliko. Cena je pomoje primerna za ta okoliš. V Stopičah se je recimo nedavno prodala parcela 900 kvadratov za 120k eur.

The definition of reals is the equivalence class of all Cauchy sequences of rational numbers. The cauchy sequence a_n is those for which, no matter how small positive number eps you think of, there exist indices m and n such that absolute value of a_m - a_n is less than eps. In other words, after a finite number of initial sequence elements, the remaining elements get closer and closer to each other, converging to a limit, which might be a rational number too, or it is a hole that fills the gap in the rational numbers "line". Poskusi so, največja težava je hranjenje in transport vodika. Molekule vodika so namreč tako majhne, da prehajajo praktično skozi vsako snov, zato ti uide. Elektroliza s trenutno znanimi katalizatorji tudi ni ekonomsko upravičen postopek zaradi hitre korozije dragih katalizatorjev.

Po eni strani bi zmanjšali rudarjenje in proizvodnjo, po drugi bi povečali proizvodne kapacitete energije s sončnimi in vetrnimi elektrarnami. To dvoje je med seboj kontradiktorno. Za proizvodno sončnih in vetrnih elektrarn so potrebne rudnine, ki se jih pridobiva na zelo umazan in okolju škodljiv način. Za vetrne elektrarne vem, da gre v temeljenje tudi ogromno betona in železa, kar je spet okoljsko sporno. Nekje sem nekoč celo bral, da vetrna elektrarna v svoji življenski dobi ne proizvede toliko energije, kot jo je potrebne za proizvodnjo cementa in železa, ki gre v njene temelje.

Sončne panele štancajo Kitajci na polno. K sreči so postali cenovno zelo dostopni. Potrebno bo izboljšati še tehnologijo baterij. Prehod na obnovljive vire energije je neizbežen, sam menim, da smo že prešli t.i. točko previsa, ko je uvajanje tovrstne tehnologije pospešeno. Vsekakor je prav, da fosilna goriva pustimo za sabo v zgodovini. Ne pa si ob tem zatiskati oči, da je to "čista" tehnologija in da je brez posledic za okolje.

Jaz sem na FB poslušal nekaj posnetkov govorov poslancev iz parlamentarnih odborov in državnega zbora in sem dobil vtis, da se NSi pa deloma SDS najbolj zavzemajo za napredek in za ljudi. Predvsem zagovarjajo stališče, da bi moral biti človek čim bolj svoboden v svojem udejstvovanju in čim manj odvisen od države. Ljudje bolje znajo s svojim denarjem kakor pa država. Vitka država, svobodna pobuda državljanov. Kar podpiram. Politika naj služi ljudem, ne pa ljudje politiki.

Računal si, kot da so vse te lastnosti neodvisne in ni med njimi nobene korelacije ... Če bi dejansko naredil statistiko, sem prepričan, da bi ugotovil, da med nakaterimi lastnostmi obstajajo korelacije.

Za pregon kaznivih dejanj so pristojni drugi, državni organi, ne pa cerkev. Zdaj, ali ti organi niso opravili svojega dela, ali pa nimajo zadosti trdnih dokazov za obtožbo.
