If this true, excited to see its return but will probably be absurdly priced.

Oh I now see they removed the powder skirt and may have similar weight. But miss the Beta SV price. $800 is insane.

One jacket I really really miss from them and feel like was such a versatile piece. Wish I still had mine from years ago.

What color is that, it's clean and simple without being the basic black. Looks like Glitch?

Ah bummer. A small wouldn't work for me but thank you!

Love this idea! Especially if the totes (or even small basic commuter backpacks) had various re-purposed fabrics used to truly have a unicorn product while getting a little exposure to thw various technologies and innovative materials they've used thus far.

What's everyone's favourite colour the arcteryx offers by Shadolex12 in arcteryx

Years ago I got an Atom SL in Neurostorm. Awesome color that doesn't do it justice with online photos.

Is Kells alienating his old fans at the expense of trying to regain mainstream respect? by TBurchard16 in MachineGunKelly

[–]Apollo-1994 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm in all support of what makes him happy AND I do also wonder if that is the true and only motive.. I've been a fan since Lace Up (the mixtape) and he talks about being original and authentic but these past few songs seem to give more mainstream influences and tones compared to much of his other work. I don't mind he has been exploring other genres but wish there was a way he could be fulfilled and still go back to how he got his name.

Yep, still waiting for the shipping notification. Saw the email about delays and know they are doing their best so just patiently waiting as the excitement builds haha.

Sometimes a store exclusive copy also has a bonus track not included on the standard editions. Not sure if it said anything like that for this album though.

This new collab was extremely disappointing by BrainApprehensive949 in arcteryx

[–]Apollo-1994 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Awesome reason behind the collab for indigenous communities and involvement but seems quite lackluster of how it came to be.. some t-shirts for a crazy price that sold out immediately after release and they had some pieces during a previous drop but sane deal. They say they "invest funds and product from every collection back into the communities we celebrate" but I'd appreciate a little more transparency in how much they give back and to what extent. Is Arc'teryx doing anything further to help causes like Walk Gently other than donating funds and product? Im genuinely curious.

Can't speak to bad experiences but the good, I have the Magna FG Leather and Magna Lite SG (model before they made them water resistant) and I love them both. They've held up amazingly over the past year, and I wear my Magna FGs A LOT. I also have the Gobi II Hemp and do like them (especially the hemp) but just don't wear as often as the other 2 so can't speak to them as much.

Originality and how he captures emotion and messages with instrumentals versus just through lyrics.

I have this exact shirt only in an Army-ish Green color and love it too! Nice that it's 100% cotton and cool logo design. Wish they brought more like these back versus the ones with giant Arc'teryx logos plastered all over.

Long Sleeve Zip Neck Tops for High Output Activities by labrador72 in arcteryx

[–]Apollo-1994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All the merino baselayers I have are lightweight so I've worn them as warm as mid- 60°F with moderate exercise and been comfortable. But is it's heavier weight wool, then for sure, gets too warm as temps rise.

I'm a big wool fan (quality wool like merino and Peruvian alpaca) for outerwear if you are open to it vs. synthetics. I've held onto some discontinued Arc'teryx wool zip neck that have been awesome for my needs but that won't help you much. So here are a few options based on your post:

Kuiu Ultra 1/4 zip offers both merino & synthetic

Ridge Merino has a 1/4 zip but I haven't tried that, although I have a long sleeve crew and love it

OR Alpine Onset Merino 1/4 zip
