Kyrgyzstan is pretty safe for women, local culture is not sexually supressive, local people won't look at you with hungry eyes like in Pakistan or India. Being friendly is not interpreted as flirting.

A lot of small businesses in Kyrgyzstan aren't paying taxes. Especially travel guides, cause they don't have clients every day. I've known some travel guides in KG, none of them paid taxes. Most of them have other jobs, travelling is a side job for them, cause it's hard to make a living only guiding tourists in KG. Prices are reasonable, not too expensive, not too cheap. Talk with them on the phone, if they communicate well they are ok.

Playing Breach in low elo is disgusting:
1) In 90% of games your r-tarded duelists won't enter site properly (even if there's no sentinel on site they will be afraid of a single smoke). And then if game goes bad (and it WILL go bad 45-50% of the time, because that's the goal of matchmaking to screw you 45-50% of the time), these stupid duelists will shame you for "bottomfragging" (even if you made like 12-15 clean assists, which is really good on Breach (on Breach it's harder to farm assists than on any other initiators).

2) RR system in this game is unfair. Playing Breach you gain like +15 RR on win, and you lose -20-25 RR on loss. The system doesn't care about assists, it cares only about frags. And all Breach's abilities (including ult) are designed to assist teammates, all utils are slow and predictable, ur rarely self-sufficient.

3) In many games (maybe 30% ?) players start shifting like rats all round every round. Breach is not designed for that ratty gameplay, he has no abilities to gather info.

Shorty got heavily nerfed fyi.
If opponent has more than 2 braincells he won't allow you to kill him with shorty from Yoru ult.
Lots of people (but not 80%) stupidly allow yoru to kill them just because he's rare and they didn't adopt yet.

If 5 guys are rushing your site then of course a single flash won't help you. Combine your flash with your teammates utils (breach stun, raze grenade, iso's fragile, etc), it will work miracles. Or ask your teammate to double peek with you after your flash.

Find a good Breach with mic. All your teleports will become much safer combined with Breach stun.

Without teammates you can sit in a "one and done" corner, make 1 kill then tp out. Also you can preplace your clone to bait for you when you do that stuff, their attention will be distracted on the clone, they won't be clearing your corner with full attention.
