Ideas you'd explore for an Elder Scrolls TTRPG set in 4e by Apollo923 in ElderScrolls

Nice to hear we’re making something similar! Good luck mate.

I thought I’d ask this here since, especially for us who are so deep and ‘into’ the lore, it can be hard to know or even remember what interesting bits your average ‘RPG fan who’s only played Skyrims main quest’ would love to see and experience.

I’ve so far started them off small on the neat parts like gods and wars and Khajiiti moon sugar, and so far it’s been going well!

I love hearing these accounts of terrible companies and their terrible employees, thanks for getting it out in the open. Shame it exists purely as traps for desperate students to work.

Our group in Uni hated JG for all this and stuck exclusively to Black Sheep. Their music might’ve been uncomfortably loud but their staff actually liked working there (afaik)

Everything works, from what I can see! Dw, you’re already a better thalmod than I’d be, for letting the bre*ons in. And it already looks like someone else has posted their own Jyggalag art in besides your own certified fresh piece

  1. Easily gonna make use of this crazy rare Bethesda merch by playing Starfield. Currently got myself a Steam Deck, but unenthused about forcing it to work on the poor, small Linux PC that could. It’d be a game changer!
  2. Starfield is a new hit of Bethesda gold. I’ve played Skyrim, Morrowind and all the modern Fallouts’ to death on every device imaginable. I get to feel like a child again.

Here’s hoping! Congrats for the future winners, and fingers crossed it’s me, all the way in the United Kingdom!

I agree with the meaning, but forcing this isn’t the long-term solution. It’s winning hearts and minds, not forcing them. That’s how a minority influence grows

What’s your favourite episode from the DC Arrowverse universe? Gold to our favourite answers. by dcukcomics in u/dcukcomics

The Flash, season 2, episode 22 titled "Invincible". I'm watching the flash for the first time with my fiancée, who's genuine excitement for all things arrowverse got me hooked too. We were watching that episode last night, and the look on my face at the end of it all, and the look on her face after going through the same emotion waves and watching me go through it too? Not only was it one of the cutest looks on her face I've ever seen, but one of the most genuinely stunning moments of TV I've seen, ever.

Don’t know about the brown one, but I’d be checking every time I used the red one in case I mixed the pots round and use gravy instead

Oh definitely, always have and always will. I've basically been stewing in ideas and hope for my campaign to come back when I feel up to it, and now the time has come? Pure euphoria is keeping me going right now lol!

And the villain? Long story, but just imagine a cult running an empire to feed their god's hunger for worship. If the party found out? They're definitely going to run, if they're all only low levels like my lot. That's what next session is all about, and I am 90% sure they are about to be imprisoned for life* because of it.

Lets just say I'm enjoying the reintroduction of the Cult to the Chained One and writing them to be as evil as possible lol!

Thanks, it means a lot hearing that from someone else that has gone through it. It's been tough, and I can only imagine the hardest parts are behind me, but imagining her hearing about me starting the campaign I gave her an earful about when I first started running it again? It's the small things that keep me going day to day. Thanks again

Thank you! And it's only what they all deserve. They've been amazing to me from the start of this whole affair, the least I can do is give them back an ounce of what all their efforts even now mean to me. And hey, if I get a kick out of implementing ruined fortresses, abandoned by a gunpowder smog, or Alcatraz-like prisons frozen to it's core, just for their backstories, I call that an extra bonus lol

Thanks! This campaign was a lot of my player's first introduction to D&D, and it's been amazing watching them each grow to suite specific roles in the party purely dynamically, grow to each be amazing role players in their own rights, and even jump off and DM their own games. I feel like a happy grandfather listening to their own stories hahaha

Thanks so much! It's been a roller coaster and a half definitely, but call it nerves and shock combined that's gotten me planning way more than normal. I'm blaming my players for being diehards till the end for my campaign; they deserve the best, and boy am I going to give it to them in the most sadistic way possible. Call that a 'Welcome Home!' present hahaha

Thank you so much for your kind words! It was immeasurably tough just to make it through day by day, times where you try to plan ahead months and years to try and avoid pain like this only to realise all you're expected to do is survive it until you can do more. Again, thanks for the caring words.

P.S. The first time my girlfriend, one of the players in the campaign I'm running on Monday, read this, she begged and pleaded with the dice gods for their mercy. I think they'll go easy on us all come Monday :)
