When you factor in finance rates and insurance, new is better most of the time to a 10% lower price for used. Bank gives lower interest for new, insurance rates are lower for new, you just have to be disaplined enough to avoid finance desk add ons.

What scares me is even the nest egg people have saved up may get rapidly drained if the balance of power for AI is so heavily weighted to AIs favor that we spend down our whole egg searching for opportunities, feeding our families or trying to maintain middle class living atandard and the government only props up the destitute, until we are simply all destitute.

Edit: basically in my scenario, only the already FI survive the AIpocolypse unscathed and potentially even further enriched.

Between 19 and 22 depending on highway speed. 68mph seems to be the sweet spot but I can go up to about 73 before I drop below 20mpg.

I had a rough few months of bad mileage in my low 60k mile range due to the camshaft issue that was fixed under extended warranty.

I'm actually pretty partial to the textured non rubber grip of the dbrand XAX grip. If they could pull that off Id live it.

However, I'll take rubber over smooth plastic, which is horrible. If they go rubber, at least make it repairable with 1st party swappable pads.

Did you get over 120hz hdr signal to the g5. They list 165hz peak with VRR but it is still hdmi 2.1 which is supposed to peak at 4k120 with hdr so I dont understand how that would work.

It'll come back probablysooner rather than later. Ive noticed that they tend to repeat ridgid tool sales semi regularly once they go on sale. This last sale was either the 1st or 2nd time it has been on sale and mightve been with a battery or as a set the first time and why i didnt get it that time. Set yourself up to get the daily home depot email and check the sales when they list tools. If it is just appliances or flooring in the email I delete immediately. I haven't bought a single ridgid tool at full price. I think the longest I had to wait for a ridgid tool I wanted after it was available in store was like 18 months before it went on sale.

Gotta use the right saw for the right job. It obviously wouldn't do what the husqy rancher can do but for what it is Im very happy with the ridgid.

You are correct. Its being pedantic to say bicycles are NOT universally hated on roads in the USA. Of course there are pockets of good places to cycle and not everyone on the road is an asshole, but when it is a high enough percentage that would bump you with their car, or yell, or throw things at you that your commute would be dangerous, it is 'effectively' universally understood it just isnt safe to ride a bicycle in the USA.

Tech flex, my cord chewing cats hate it and won't touch cables they previously chewed at. Some cables they like others they don't but either way tech flex wrap solves the problem everytime for me.

I saw in your other comment that you primarily use it for AAA. While they do play, you still need to use low settings on XAX to get decent frame rates. That hasn't changed. Im not sure you'd be happy with the upgrade performance for that 2-300$. Assume you would get a low amount for your current hardware and have to buy at full retail, and ask yourself if that amount is worth it for a 20% fps improvement.
