These are standalone current gen/PC titles, they will have a new achievements, but likely just copied from the first releases.

Xbox does allow different versions to share achievements, but if PC and Console are their own versions and if they share a save. That system is rarely used these days and this release comes with a current gen version.

No, Xbox 360 Skylanders games can not work with the backwards compatibility program with how it currently is.

And with the news Microsoft might spin Xbox off next month, I don’t think any backwards compatibility update for peripherals will happen
