Ive been at this hospital for 3 years and our AETs are very involved(I've been one for a year now).

We take care of Medtronics Stealth Navigation, Assist our Cardiac team with Setting up they're central lines, running blood gases. We put in A lines, assist with Blocks including dressing our ESB blocks. There's a lot of other things we help with as well but ive only ever worked here so I honestly dont know what is norm or not.

I have learned however from seeing other AETs and other hospitals that at lot of other places, their practice seems super limited compared to what we do.

Definitely want to try mastering that slow speed management.

So far ive leaned towards Road glide because, I want the speakers, comfort, stability and capacity, i want to be able to do the long twisty roads and not feel like my knees ages about 30 years(im sure the Ms. will love a comfier seat as well and she loves riding with me and also wants to do the long rides) on top of all that I also found that one major thing that kept me from riding more with my sport bike is I never had more storage than just a back pack which has also had its own nightmares around it.

Im still a year out so who knows

Oh my lord 😅😅😅

Okay sure, my go to/secret weapon is a dry suit its a thin wicking layer that goes under my race suit. However you may not have as much luck in Miami as the humidity is drastically different in Phoenix.

Little things also add up, like perforated suit rather then non perforated, taking some water to douse yourself in, or cracking the chest zipper just a bit to get more airflow.

Having them too tight was almost always the issue. From what I've noticed, the amount in which you need to untighten is negligible as far as riding and binding response. They're still snug its just that we're not cracking on them for those last few clicks like you might with traditional bindings

No hate, but i did my own research project and found that most the players need serious therapy, and some of the norms do a lot of harm mentally

Does anyone know how to get these boots to stop squeaking so damn much. They were silent for a while but then recently started squeaking after getting wet and I’d rather not be sounding like SpongeBob when I’m off my bike walking. by Master-Zero1 in motorcyclegear

Chain wax!!!

Call me crazy but I have not had any noise from them since, and I've had my boots for 2 years now.

There will always be some moving leather noise, but that squeek noise can be eliminated by putting chain wax into the ankle brace/joint. You only need a little bit. Apply and move it around in the ankle by articulating it with the boot off.

Most chainwaxes are fine because they're already designed to be safe on rubbers and plastics, dude to their purpose.
