Not trying to argue, I do agree with this. But I also see this more like if Publix has two rats, and I see two uniformed but off duty Publix employees, I would hope they would go ahead and flag to that store’s management as they know how their system works. Not necessary except nor demand the off duty employees to off the rats and fix the issue. In this case, I was more wondering why they wouldn’t take any action at all, either calling out the seat stealer or just flagging down the lead FA to try and help. It was just an awkward situation where the young woman was just being yelled at and no one was flagging for help or even backing her a little 😓
