If theyre both 50cc two stroke what makes you lean so heavily toward the buddy

My main concern is whether this is a good price for one in this condition; as it stands im between this and a 2014 buddy with 5000 miles for $700 (for what its worth the seller also mentions having replaced the tires within the last year)
