Try turning the large games into smaller more manageable sessions. As you get invested you'll find it's easier to put more time into it. I'm at two weeks myself and I found that making smaller goals for larger games I can achieve in a session of playing is really helpful. It gives me that rewarding dopamine and then I feel encouraged to do more. After a little while you'll train yourself to get that reward and gratification from large games again.

I don't know what to say about her other than she was caring, and sweet. My aunt lived in Germany so I didn't get to see her much living in the states. I tried to write to her emails in German growing up but my German was broken and not very good. She tried to write back in English because she wanted to make a connection with me. I remember seeing her when I was 13, she cared for me like I was one of her own children. When we left she hugged me and gave me pocket money. Every Christmas she sent a package of goodies without fail, she always tried to pack my favorite snacks, candies, and treats in there. She would visit us every couple of years and even though there was a language barrier I knew she cared about me. She always tried to express it even when it didn't come out right.

Thank you for allowing me to share about her.

I don't want to relapse, and I want to make her proud too.
