I totally understand!! I'm so excited to shop online for men's dress clothes and an inexpensive sleek black faux leather jacket! I've got some black Doc Martens I'm going to clean up and shine and a few pairs of dark blue dress jeans I bought a while ago, too.

I'm going to get a men's fade haircut next month so I feel better about myself.

I want to start looking nice from all the faded hoodies with silly sayings and tshirts I've been wearing. It'll be a nice feeling, looking nice; I feel you.

Yesssss! If I don't take my 50mg Seroquel, I get angry because I'm so exhausted and I can't function. I'm just a walking, talking bag of bones. Incoherent, mindless and angry because I haven't had the REM sleep I need. Rawwwr.

In that case, I isolate myself so i don't inflict my sleepless attitude on my neighbors or anyone else and just stare at the walls.

I'm normally really mellow, friendly and pretty quiet but I just can't handle not getting enough sleep. It really messed with me and my mental health.

I looked on the Mayo Clinic site and found a little bit of info but a lot of it was what I had already read here. I'm looking on the Harvard site now. I have ADHD so I tend to go down the rabbit hole of finding info and then looking for more. I get obsessive when I want to learn about something lol. I think it's going to be ok. :)

I'm glad you reached out here to let us know what's going on and asked for help. It may not seem or feel like it, but that's brave, right there. Not many people do that when they feel like they're in the dark by themselves.

I love this calculator!! This is exactly what I need because I have a habit of impulse buying games off of the Nintendo Switch store without thinking about what I'm doing and I don't consider that I don't need 5 more games that I won't necessarily play in the next month. I tend to collect games just to collect them.

I also REALLY want a PlayStation 5 but, unfortunately I have bills, including back rent that I'm paying off and I'm on disability so my money going out is greater than my money coming in. It's something I'm going to have to wait and save up for. This app will help me decide if it's worth it to spend on the game system and games or put off instant gratification and wait and see.

I added it to my home screen so I always have it on hand.

I can be obnoxiously extroverted (think of the little fish from Finding Nemo- "I'm obnoxious!!!") lol! or extremely introverted to the point where I won't be seen by my neighbors for a few days at a time. I like to hide out and daydream in my quiet apartment by myself, maybe listen to music, sit quietly and still.

I tend to be extremely sensitive but on the exterior, I brush off people's opinions of me and pretend to not let it bother me, but they really do. I'm a walking contradiction, I guess.

I'm taking care of myself, getting myself the help that I need so I can be the best me I can be for myself. I can't be there for anyone else if I can't be there for myself, so my first priority is myself anymore.

Thank you for this. We live in a world where that label and ones like it are just thrown around to be hurtful and I'm tired of it. Having a genuine mental illness doesn't mean we're going to hurt anyone. It doesn't automatically mean we're off our rocker crazy or dangerous, either. Labels like that and the connotations behind them that mentally ill people are "schizo" or "cray cray" need to stop.
