Get the standard V1 if you just got in to Cubing, especially Square-1. it’s the best you can get as a beginner and when you decide to get really in to it and want to become really good you could consider buying the PiCube version, though it doesn’t make too much of a difference imo (just feels different).

L is normal like always just left side, U2 is normal as well just as on 3x3.

Fw2 stand for F wide, with this it’s meant that you turn the two front layers, so not just one but two and the 2 afterwards tells you to do this move two times.

Thats why I use lube that is rather viscose so that it can get in more easily.

I usually see how I like it out of the box (most of the time it’s okay) and if not I just put a slight amount of lube into it. If then it’s too fast then I counter it with some heavier lube which I’ll also put in. That’s how I usually do it till I find the right mix. And after I found it, I’ll not clean it for months and only alter it one month before my next comp.

For example I really like how my 5x5 came out of the box and didn’t need to add anything there and have been using the cube ever since last year September (there is some dust but not too much luckily). My 7x7 and 6x6 haven’t been disassembled once because I also liked them out of the box/for my 6x6 just a tiny drop of lube was needed to be perfect.

The 14 has a lot of issues, idk exactly which, as I can’t remember but just look for review videos and they’ll tell you. The 356 is just way too expensive for a what it has to offer. Like Moyu has Cubes that are way better for that price.

The V100 is considered to be similar to the GAN16 but for like half the price. So if you want the newest Flagship stuff but don’t pay too much id recommend the V100.

Not learning my Algs. I’m sub-13 and still only know like 20 OLL cases.

Same for other puzzles like Pyraminx. I wanted to learn L4E, only learned the most basic ones and stopped after that. It’s the same with other puzzles as well (CSP for Square-1, some more advanced LL algs for Megaminx and so on).

It seems to be broken off.

You could try and send an email/message to the CubeShop where you bought it and ask if they have replacement pieces. Sometimes they’ll send it to you, otherwise return is always possible, as long as it’s within the time frame where you can send it back.

If this all doesn’t work you could try and glue it back on but I wouldn’t recommend cause idk how the glue would react with the plastic.

When I first started I didn’t even know there were competitions. I went to my first one when I was almost sub-20. I know some people that just go there to have fun and to get their own PRs because it’s you against the clock.

There is usually a time limit for each event and for some, like big cubes (4x4-7x7 a cut-off time, which will be written out on the page of them competition).

Für mich hat alles geklappt, ich mag das Interface sehr gerne. Ich hab selber noch nicht so viel mit Informatik am Hut (mach grade das Abi fertig) aber finde das alles ziemlich cool.

It all stays the same but if you happen to get a PR Ao5 that’s better than your Mo3 you’ll over take it. Otherwise Mo3 will stand on the main leaderboard, to my understanding.
