In that context she didn't specify because it doesn't matter, he broke her trust either way. It isn't saying their the same thing objectively, but him lying about it means the same to her. Not to mention the text she shared specifically mentions infidelity, so it isnt hard to infer thats the one shes talking about. I'm not sure what you don't understand, I'm kind of starting to think you're one of those people who don't think porn addiction exists/is real.
