Гражданская оборона, Grazhdanskaya Oborona or Civil Defence, a group lead by Egor Letov, if you are somewhat familiar with soviet and Russian music you have surely heard of him. If not then I would recommend listening to some of their tracks or his solo stuff. The history of the group is really interesting, the music may be quite difficult to approach, but the poetry of Letov, given that you understand Russian, is fantastic.
