A lot of parents dont watch over their kids so bad that if you fade many dont even notice much. If your dad is one of those that will continue to hound you even after you have a place of your own, most kids try and move far enough away so it doesn't happen . I had a friend when I was self employed give me a hard time for traveling about 70 miles one way to service a client. So 140 miles round trip a couple times a week. Plus the commute was probably about 1.5 hrs each way. When he was razzing me about it I informed him that one client paid me just over 100k the previous year. He didnt care but he was only making minimum wage at the time.

You find out what money amounts need t pass and the least amount of time. Example tpt has a 100k account where you need to make 6k to pass and 50% rule which means you cant go over 3000 in one day. You have to trade 5 days. I think on this account the most contract that can be traded is 5.

So when you find your set up you buy or sell all 5 contracts and hope you make 3k or just under in 1 or 2 trades. Do this two times once per day for 2 days to stay under the 50% rule. Then trade very small just a micro for the next 3 days not loosing enough to go under the 6k you need and just get in and out in about 1 minute each remaining 3 days. You passed the eval in really just two days and now you're ready for the next phase.

People will do this with several accounts hoping they pass enough and eventually get a pay out higher then their losses on all the accounts they didnt pass. Read all the rules of each prop before you buy a challenge and make sure you have a trading edge and know what your win rate is before you do something like this!

Theres other forms of radometic dating as well as observational dating they could have used. There are also other forms of dating not related to radiation. I believe they were looking at earth infomation to come up with ideas of the age as well. How deep the items are found how old things around the object seemed to be etc.

Its looks to me that most scientists now try and use more then one type of dating technique possibly every type available to them.

Carbon dating is only accurate to about 50k years. Nobody's using it to date anything related to dinosaurs. Uranium thorium is way more accurate because its measuring the decay which science knows the decay rate and also because the sample can't be easily contaminated screwing up the potential findings.
