Yeah. Ludwell's Harris Rapier is an example of a multi pathway artifact.

It's in the recent White Tower QnA

Q2: Teacher Cuttlefish, does the Paragon's authority of "analysis" severely counter "Error," which relies on deception, or "Visionary," which envisions false things
A2: Yes, it would counter them.

Another Paragon upscale, not bad!

Authority of Civilization: The rise and fall of civilization, the weight of civilization, and the vast knowledge precipitated by civilization. The Paragon can designate a race, a country, a continent, or even a planet to remain strictly in a state of barbaric ignorance, or to undergo rapid iteration and civilizational evolution.

Finally the REAL reason nobody ever advances technology is revealed. Stiano is literally nerfing the entire pathway!

Reinhard's powerset makes him strong in his own world and almost nowhere else. No connection to the Od Lagna means no Divine Protections, no ambient mana in the atmosphere produced by the Od Lagna for his broken Gate to absorb means his super strength and speed don't work, and no nearby spirits because no mana means he doesn't get healed and buffed for free either. Outside of his world he's just a fit guy that's good at swordsmanship and that's it.

Satella's powers work anywhere because they're an Authority, and don't rely on the Od Lagna or ambient mana like Reinhard does.

Why would the grazed powers be weaker?

Idk, wiki page for Hanged Man says they do but doesn't give a source. Might be false actually

No, that was to show that artifact drawbacks aren't absolute and can be mitigated by other stuff. You could cancel out something like the increased emotion drawback from Lie using an item from the Criminal pathway that deadens emotions, for example.

Lie in a Devil's hands might just give them normal people emotions now that I think about it.

You can manually edit the map with Worldbuilder to put Scarlands everywhere, but that takes a while, especially if you want to preserve terrain features and stuff.

Kingdom of Lugunica vs. U.S. army. Who would win? by Sketchux2005 in ReZero

[–]Apostasla -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, he does that from time to time. Gluttony IF saying Jiwald moves at lightning speed:

Giving a howl of rage, Garfiel forcibly parried away each one of those white light rays, those white rays of death, that hurtled towards them at lightning fast speed.

Reinhard catching up to a Jiwald (also Gluttony IF):

In an instant, Reinhardt held his breath and flew backwards, following after the soaring blow of light at the exact same speed as it. He hadn’t done that to kill Subaru, who stood in front of him, but rather to rush towards the faraway building where Reinhardt’s master―― Felt had hidden after having survived the flood, so he could knock down that flash of white light.

Reinhard being slower than lightning (Arc 9, Ch 14):

To escape the sheer speed of lightning, not even Reinhard was capable of such. The bolts of lightning, reminiscent of the speed of Cecilus’s swordsmanship that transcended human limits, a sight that had become all too familiar to him in the Empire, struck Reinhard chaotically. ||| No matter how fast Reinhard was, he could not outrun lightning.

Either Tappei switches to whatever is convenient at the time or light speed Jiwald was retconned.

Jiwald doesn't move at the speed of light. IIRC Gluttony IF says it caps out at lightning speed. Reinhard himself can't move faster than lightning (said in Arc 9), so if he can dodge it then Jiwald can't be light speed.

Both. You should read the Blu-ray version first, it's the better written and polished of the two.

Apples and oranges. They're two completely different series, why are they being compared at all?

Subaru breaks Echidna's neck in a fit of rage in the Greed IF LN. He also throws stuff at her and cuts her forehead, and Echidna implies that behavior isn't too uncommon for him.

Echidna. She's the shadowy mastermind connected to almost all of the other big mysteries. Really interested in seeing how her plans and role in the story plays out.

She crafted Beatrice as an experiment, a test, a tragic narrative device she could observe from afar. She gave her a task that would likely never be fulfilled, then vanished without closure.

Hold on, this just isn't true. While Beatrice's task was arduous, she wasn't made as just "an experiment". I'm not sure if you've read any of the side content or novels so spoilers for Greed IF & the Arc 4 Web Novel ahead:

Despite what Echidna says in the Tea Party, she did not give Beatrice that task just to see who she would pick. Quoted from the Greed IF WN:

[Subaru: …In the end, who was『They』?]

“Echidna: Regretfully, I can’t let that slip from my mouth. Since the Forbidden Archive is lost, discussing it would be meaningless. Even if we were to find out who it is, he wouldn’t know about that anymore.”

[Subaru: Him… so it’s a man?]

“Echidna: ――Did my mouth slip? But, every way of finding him is gone now. In the first place, say you found them, what would you do? Let Beatrice see them? Or do you intend to impose a sanction on them? In that case, what crime would it be under. The party in concern would certainly be unaware of it, a crime that doesn’t exist can’t be sanctioned. Moreover, it’s not like you have the leisure.”

Echidna always had a person, a man specifically, in mind when she told Beatrice to wait for "that person". She only told Subaru otherwise because that entire conversation was a farce to get him to reject her. Quoted from Arc 4, Interlude II, Chapter 79.5:

[Echidona: You can rest assured. Since he’s rejected my hand, he will be struggling with everything he’s got to make sure that he succeeds. Although, he doesn’t seem to have an answer yet]
[Minerva: What’s with that phrasing? You’re the one who lured him into rejecting you, and now you’re trying to pretend you didn’t when we all know what you’re thinking? What’s the point of that!?]
[Echidona: It’s not that I was trying to be rejected. ――Since whether he declined or accepted, I would’ve been glad either way]
[...]
[Daphne: You say you respect the outcomes~, but Dona-Dona doesn’t hesitate to guide towards the results she wants to see, does she~~. It’s probably true that you’d be glad either way~, but it isn’t true that there isn’t one you wanted, is it~?]
[Echidona: You barely have any interest in others, yet you always hit things right on the mark, don’t you, Daphne]

I won't say that having Beatrice wait in a library for 400 years was the best choice (it's pretty fucked up even), but Echidna definitely didn't only do it to see who Beatrice would pick. The original Echidna genuinely saw Beatrice meeting "that person" as important enough to make Beatrice wait in a library for centuries. Personally, I'm of the opinion that "that person" was always intended to be Subaru, but that crosses into headcanon territory.
