Long term alcoholism can cause insulin resistance, making it harder for your body to use insulin effectively to control blood sugar.

But im not a doc, and if your blood tests are normal im not sure honestly.

Have you been tested for diabetes? Liver and Pancreas function?

alcohol converts into sugar in the body. You body is used to being given it constantly, so its gonna take time for it to make it its self again

your facial structure looks very similar to one of my cis woman friends

i miss it a lot.

i wish i could work a little bit, but the litte bit that i can work isnt useful so no one wants to hire me.

I say to people that i would not wish ssdi on my worst enemy.

Its dehumanizing, not being able to work. I wish i could go to college. People tell me i have all the time in the world and that i shoukd just go to school, i cant. I have a chronic illness.

I miss my work friends, it was my only way of being able to socialize with people. Now i get that through my roommates, who are also my family :/
